Speck SDA - 6 Pimmys Ct, Skye
JXC, as both Project Manager and Superintendent, was key to delivering three Specialist Disability Accommodation for SpeckSDA. As Superintendent, JXC represented the client during construction, making sure the work met all standards and regulations. They carried out regular site checks, managed quality and safety, handled contracts, resolved any issues, and made sure everything was delivered as expected.
Capital Grand Terrace Upgrade
As Project Manager and Superintendent for a complex terrace build within the Capitol Grand building, JXC led the planning, coordination, and delivery of the challenging project. Our role involved ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout every stage. JXC managed multiple specialist contractors, coordinated schedules, and kept communication flowing smoothly across all teams.
Speck SDA - Hastings
JXC were appointed as Superintendent of the Speck As Project Director for the Aurora Melbourne Central SDA Hastings project. The project included 4 SDA development, Luke was responsible for leading the apartments. delivery of this landmark mixed-use tower incorporating residential, hotel, and retail uses in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
