Speck SDA - 6 Pimmys Ct, Skye

JXC, as both Project Manager and Superintendent, was key to delivering three Specialist Disability houses for Speck SDA.

JXC represented the client during construction, making sure the work met all standards and regulations. They carried out regular site checks, managed quality and safety, handled contracts, resolved any issues, and made sure everything was delivered as expected.

Capitol Grand Terrace Upgrade

As Project Manager and Superintendent for a complex terrace build within the Capitol Grand building, JXC led the planning, coordination, and delivery of the challenging project.

Our role involved ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout every stage. JXC managed multiple specialist contractors, coordinated schedules, and kept communication flowing smoothly across all teams.

Montague Square, Build to Rent

Role: Project Manager / Superintendent    

Client: Sungard Property Group

Montague Square is South Melbourne’s first purposely-built “Build to Rent” residential tower, constructed exclusively to provide rental accommodation for those seeking a new way of living. All apartments have been designed with the occupant in mind to enable exceptional living in an environment that provides for long-term occupancy in a modern urban community.

Luke, Director at JXC managed the end-to-end delivery of the project and JXC continues to work with Sungard on future development projects.

JXC have continued their relationship with Sungard, currently running the town planning and design of their site in Macquire Park, NSW.

Speck SDA - Hastings

Client: Speck SDA

JXC were appointed as Superintendent of the Speck SDA Hastings project. The project included 3 SDA houses.

Aurora Melbourne Central

Role: Project Manager / Superintendent     

As Project Director for the Aurora Melbourne Central development, Luke was responsible for leading the delivery of this landmark mixed-use tower incorporating residential, hotel, and retail uses in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Construction required hands-on leadership across a constrained urban site, including coordination with live below-ground rail infrastructure, flight path limitations, and adjoining property interfaces.

Union Tower

Role: Project Manager / Superintendent    

Client: JSK Property Pty Ltd

As Project Director for Union Tower in Melbourne’s CBD, Luke, JXC Director was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of this residential high-rise development. His role included managing all phases of the project—from early planning and design through to construction, settlement, and handover—ensuring the project was delivered on time, on budget, and in line with the client’s expectations.

With 165 residences spread across 35 floors, Union Tower showcases an elegant exterior made of wall-to-ceiling glass and contrasting black and white lines, creating the illusion of multiple slender towers. 

A key aspect of the project involved overseeing a heritage dig during the early works phase, including the management of First Nations cultural heritage requirements.

The Fawkner

Role: Project Manager / Superintendent    

Client: LAS Group

As Project Director for The Fawkner Tower redevelopment in St Kilda, Luke was responsible for the end-to-end management of this luxury residential project, which involved converting a former office building into high-end apartments.

His role spanned the full project lifecycle—from early design strategy and securing planning approvals through to construction delivery and settlement—ensuring the development met its premium positioning in the market.
