Enervest - Development Management Role

Client: Enervest Pty Ltd
JXC is leading the planning and approvals for Enervest’s Development Portfolio. JXC have assessed potential sites, engaged with local authorities and communities, and ensured all environmental and regulatory requirements were met and continue to provide ongoing delivery management for the projects.
JXC have undertaken and prepared due diligence of all properties relating to the portfolio and manages all stakeholders and reporting requirements.
Pinnacles - 400MW, 1600MWh

JXC are managing the proposed 400-megawatt battery project situated 30 kilometres south of Townsville through the town planning and authority process.
JXC managed the preparation and submission of planning applications, providing detailed environmental impact assessments and technical documentation to support the case for development. This included grid connection studies, land use compatibility analyses, and detailed risk assessments. JXC coordinated the consultation process, facilitating open dialogues with local communities to address concerns and gather support.
JXC continues to support Enervest through the planning and detailed design process.
Hazeldean - 400MW, 1600MWh
Role: Project Manager
Client: Enervest Pty Ltd
JXC have undertaken the same scope on a second project for Enervest, justifying their ongoing commitment to renewable energy.
The proposed Hazeldean BESS is currently in the development and approvals phase. A Development Application has been submitted and Enervest and JXC are continuing to work with Somerset Council to progress the application.
