CoolDrive Distribution Centre

JXC were appointed at Tenant Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery process and be the internal representative within the CoolDrive.
JXC have been responsible in undertaking all functional briefings internally, co-ordination of supply chain design and developing of the brief to market, AFL and lease negotiation and site selection of 33,000sqm of footprint including Autostore, dangerous goods, race workshop and office. The facility is currently under construction and due for completion in 2026.
Rinnai Australia Warehouse

JXC were appointed by Rinnai to undertake a development feasibility to enable the sale of their existing facility. JXC prepared the business case, option analysis and were later appointed as Project Manager and Superintendent of their new warehouse located at the rear of their existing facility
In parallel, JXC are managing their Head Office refurbishment and facade replacement due for completion in January 2026.

Australia Post’s new Victorian parcel distribution centre involved the refurbishment of an existing 20,000sqm facility, construction of a new office and canopy and fitout and installation a parcel sorting machine.
The building required an upgrade, installation of a mechanical extraction system and alteration to the sprinkler system and varied performance solution and building approvals to meet the requirements of Melbourne Airport authorities and Landlord, Growthpoint.
Caroline, Director of JXC was the Construction Manager on this project working alongside Australia Post stakeholders, Ellis Group Architect and Astra Building Services.
JLG Victoria Distribution Centre
Role: Tenant Representative / Project Manager
Client: JLG Australia Pty Ltd
JXC were appointed at Tenant Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery process and be the internal representative for JLG.
JXC have been responsible in managing all fitout components of the construction including the office, AV, Security, IT and Comms.
JXC were also responsible to ensure the developer and Head Contractor met the requirements of the Agreement for Lease (AFL).
Bata Shoes Australia
Role: Tenant Representative / Project Manager
Client: Bata Australia Pty Ltd
JXC were responsible in undertaking all functional briefings internally, co-ordination of supply chain design and developing of the brief to market, AFL and lease negotiation and site selection of 6,000sqm of footprint including gumboot manufacturing and warehouse.
The project will include an upgrade in the Master Warehousing system and be a new way of working for Bata Shoes Australia due for completion in early 2026.
Fourth Avenue Remediation, Sunshine

JXC were appointed to represent the GPT Group and manage the remedial works to the IVE office. Over a 24-month period, the project was managed through detailed design and preparation to undertake works safety and ensure longevity of the existing facility.
Australia Post, Sunshine Facility

Australia Post’s Victorian parcel distribution centre was a major expansion to the existing operations at the Melbourne Parcel Facility (MPF) in Sunshine West. Supporting the enormous increase of parcel delivery volume experienced by Australia Post and the wider transport industry in Australia, the new facility integrated the latest in European automated sorting technology with the existing live facility and services.
While the existing distribution centre remained fully operational 24 hours a day to cope with the highest parcel delivery demand ever experienced in Australia throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the project was delivered safely and efficiently.
The new Victorian parcel distribution centre was a 30,000sqm expansion and Caroline, Director of JXC was responsible for the entire delivery from feasibility, through to construction and post occupancy inclusive of the responsibility for all internal stakeholder management
