Enervest Head Office Fitout
With rapid growth outpacing their existing space, Enervest engaged JXC to secure a new 600m² office for their expanding team. JXC led the search for suitable locations and negotiated the Heads of Agreement and Agreement for Lease for their new premises at 627 Chapel Street. Following lease execution, JXC managed the fitout delivery and coordinated a seamless relocation, working closely with the fitout contractor and developer.
MBV Victoria Head Office
Kris Stevens, Associate Director at JXC, is the Development Manager for the Master Builders Victoria Head Office Refurbishment. Valued at $22M, the project encompasses the upgrade of 5 floors and is on track for completion by the end of 2025. Kris has led the project from early feasibility and workplace strategy through to delivery, providing end- to-end leadership in collaboration with Fieldworks Architect and head contractor Shape
Rinnai, Head Office
JXC were appointed to undertake the feasibility, workplace strategy and delivery of Rinnai’s new Head Office. The facility adjoins an existing warehouse and includes a 3,200sqm fitout and facade refurbishment and roof replacement. Alongside designers, PTID. Head Contractor Buildcorp have been appointed to undertake the works due for completion in November 2025.
CoolDrive Head Office
JXC were appointed at Tenant Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery process and be the internal representative within the CoolDrive organisation. JXC have undertaken functional briefing, workplace strategy and concept design alongside Hot Black Interior Designers to date and Qanstruct have been appointed via Charter Hall to complete the base building and integrated fitout.
111 Bourke Street - Australia Post
Australia Post underwent a significant rework of its head office at 111 Bourke Street in Melbourne, involving a full fit-out of levels G to L20. This project aimed to establish a new working environment, with the adoption of activity-based working, which was tested on a pilot floor before being implemented across the building. Caroline , JXC director acted as Construction Manager on this project responsible for end-to-end delivery and feasibility
